Job Description: The purpose of this role is to manage the mobilisation of successful Contract awards within the Justice & Immigration custodial estate, including HMP FosseWay from award through to Contract mobilisation and all related transition activities thereafter. In addition to supporting, when required, all existing and future Contract transitions and all additional mobilisations. Job Responsibilities: You will work closely with the Asset Management and Compliance Team to ensure successful service implementation and delivery. Communicate with procurement business partners to ensure best prices and contracts are in place with suppliers and assist with critical supplies and/or suppliers to ensure a smooth transition at the start of contract, or that mitigation is in place. Ensure contracts have an end date in line with the contractual requirements. Ensure that all contractual obligations are met prior to contract commencement. Liaise with The Authority and Building Contractors (on new build contracts) to ensure client expectations and relationships are upheld. Job Requirements: Ability to work to set deadlines. Be able to create reports from raw data. You must be flexible in your approach to work as part of the role involves regular to travel to Serco locations when needed. Have an understanding of bid processes. Have competent knowledge of CAFM systems and have good commercial awareness. This is an opportunity for an individual who has excellent PC skills on a variety of applications inc MS Project. Good analytical and organisational skills. You must be confident and ability to question. Have the ability to operate and maintain accurate records. Have the aptitude to communicate confidentially and professionally at all levels both verbally and in writing. Have an awareness of health and safety and statutory compliance.
