Job Description:

A KAM is a strategic management resource to retain, grow and provide value added solutions to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship between DSV and clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Seek and continuously develop knowledge of our client business to build understanding of their needs
• Ensure mutually agreed upon configured solutions are offered and delivered to client as aligned with client’s strategic supply chain drivers
• Enhance relationships with current and prospective clients by leveraging the credibility gained through knowledge and performance of client’s business environments and requirements
• Proactively identify and manage potential problems/escalations within client base with appropriate resolution plans

Job Requirements:

• Communication skills – must be able to comfortably engage with clients and build relationships at all levels
• Pharmaceutical industry knowledge important
• Thorough understanding of Healthcare processes
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Minimum 4 years Client facing experience OR Minimum 4 years Diagnostic channel experience in a client administration role
• Matric essential
