Job Responsibilities: Composing and/or reviewing all correspondence written for the manager to include letters, memoranda, briefing materials, and talking points; Developing and conducting periodic training; Developing, analyzing, and modifying internal administrative policies, procedures, and manuals; Conducting briefings on projects and sensitive programmatic issues; Preparing a variety of reports utilizing various databases and automated systems.
