Job Responsibilities:

  • Composing and/or reviewing all correspondence written for the manager to include letters, memoranda, briefing materials, and talking points;
  • Developing and conducting periodic training;
  • Developing, analyzing, and modifying internal administrative policies, procedures, and manuals;
  • Conducting briefings on projects and sensitive programmatic issues;
  • Preparing a variety of reports utilizing various databases and automated systems.

Job Requirements:

  • You may be required to pass a background investigation
  • Primary U.S. residency for at least three of the last five years (additional details below)
  • CBP follows the DHS Drug-Free Workplace Plan for drug testing procedures
  • Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered with Selective Service
