Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Participate in knowledge-share via documentation creation, training, and mentoring.
  • Work with Product Development and Product Management to ensure products are implemented in ways that meet customer requirements.
  • Responsible for upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal technical groups on behalf of all external organizations and customers.
  • Develop innovative solutions to problems and prove them out in a lab environment.
  • Take ownership of technical issues of any complexity with minimal direction and drive them to resolution.
  • Provide Tier-3 support for F5 Global Services
  • Appropriately coordinate time and customer issues based on issue severity and business needs.
  • Provide support for the current core TMOS platform and components (BIG-IP LTM and DNS), while also preparing for the next generation of BIG-IP solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Switching and Routing (focus on BGP)
  • LTE architecture and mobile core
  • Good background in programming or scripting languages such as
  • Bash / shell, Python, C, Perl, Ruby, Lua, Go, Rust
  • Network Security
  • Tiered application architectures
  • Successful relevant work experience (Telco background desired)
  • Diameter, SIP and IPSEC
  • Web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, SOAP, REST,
  • WebSockets, CSS
  • HTTP, HTTP/2
