Job Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will perform the following duties:
- Develop policy guidelines and procedures based on the Intergovernmental Relation Act.
- Develop minutes of the meetings and maintain records of meetings.
- Coordinating and provision of secretariat support to internal Corporate Governance structures and external Intergovernmental Relations Forums.
- Develop decision matrix and follow-up on the implementation of meetings resolutions.
- Develop and maintain the database of all internal and external Intergovernmental structures.
Job Requirements:
- A Grade 12 Certificate three-year Bachelor’s Degree or a three-year National Diploma in Public Administration/ Business Administration/ Social Sciences or equivalent qualification (at NQF Level 6/7) as recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related field.
- Planning and organizing.

- Communication (verbal and written).
- Corporate Secretariat best practice and government procedures.
- Advanced minutes taking.
