Job Description:

To provide a multi-skilled and intuitive Business Intelligence (BI) and Marketing Information Systems (MIS) resource to service the information/data needs of the business

Job Responsibilities:

• Build a positive image by exceeding client expectations at all times
• Treat internal and external customers fairly at all times
• Keep the client informed about progress through written communication, telephone communications and/or face to face meetings
• Create understanding of the ‘real’ versus ‘perceived’ need through experience and expertise while complying with company polices legislation and regulations
• Create and maintain productive relationships with internal and external clients by providing advice and assistance

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 – 5 years formal experience, preferably in financial/retail services, and worked in a HC project management or Human Capital Support function
• Advanced SQL scripting skills
• Data Management Skills
• Data management skills to be able to advise on database structures and architectures that best achieve the objectives of the data management business
• Deadline driven
• Analysis of reports, delivery of insights, and development of actionable recommendations to business
• BSc
• Excellent writing skills and documentation abilities
• Competent and fluent usage of the MS Office suite of products
• Ability to see opportunities for improvement, and the commitment to follow these through to fruition
• Ability to present and deliver the business ramifications to management and distil the impacts of analyses beyond the technical detail
