Job Description:

The main purpose of the job is to ensure that all stock held by the business is correctly and neatly located, binned and displayed at all times and that all racks, bays, gondolas and such holding, or display systems are maintained in a good and clean state at all times.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Maintaining stock held at all times in clean and good condition
• Effective administration and reporting
• Achieve Sales and Gross Profit Targets timeously
• Provide excellent customer service
• Administration and Reporting
• Managing & servicing existing customer base
• Customer Service
• Assisting with receiving and merchandising of stock
• Ensure that customer complaints are dealt with in an effective manner and resolved. Promotions, advertising and all public relations must be co-ordinated for the store in order to enhance the Brand’s market share in line with all company procedures
• Merchandising of Stock

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Attention to detail
• Technical expertise/ product knowledge/ product value knowledge
• Grade 12
• Multi-functional orientation/working across functions
• Working with people (Team player)
• Basic computer skills
