Job Description:

Maintain and build relationships between BMW SA, Sales, Risk and other departments, dealer stock controllers, dealer FD’s and DP’s and Regional Sales teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that wholesale bank account is cleared timeously with regard to floor plan settlement quotes, dealer and global suspense accounts
  • Attend to all necessary review administration linked to dealers floorplan conduct
  • Prepare supplier, BMW and ALPHERA dealer pay-outs on a daily basis
  • Assist dealers with management of Floorplan limits with regard to movement of facilities between New, Demo and Used facilities
  • Management of Commercial loan Book and Property finance administration
  • Request, control and capture floor plan audits within laid down frequencies
  • Leading workshops to train and guide new users on floorplan system processes
  • Daily cash management and collaboration with BMW Finance Treasury team
  • Bank statement allocations
  • Capture and load new dealer details onto Common Solution system relative to wholesale to include
  • BMW SA products, margins, risk ratings, etc.
  • Ensure all debit orders are timeously processed on Commercial Loan book
  • Approve BMW and ALPHERA dealer invoices and process onto Commercial Finance System
  • Interpret and follow up on wholesale collection reports, escalate problem dealers to management and suspend dealer facilities if required.
  • Attending to dealer queries and other ad hoc admin requirements
  • Process Dealer Refunds
  • Load all new Floorplan limits and RCF Credit Limits and maintain existing credit limits based on
  • Credit approvals when reviews are completed
  • Understands business relationships and provides (through the regional managers) a service to support dealers Regional Managers
  • Facilitate monthly payments for Commercial Loans ensuring that there are no arrears (including Payments to BMW SA)

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of CFS/CS procedure manual and CF guidelines and DFE systems will be beneficial
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills
  • Customer orientated
  • Exposure to the financial field and the motor industry will be beneficial
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in administration and/or customer service environment will be beneficial
  • Bachelor Degree (Accounting/Business Science) or equivalent qualification
  • Good business acumen, good management of conflict and works under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
