Job Responsibilities:

• Process and follow through on all steps of the sales transaction including customer contracts, warranties, and payments (cash / credit).
• Develop, maintain and demonstrate expert, up-to-date knowledge of wireless products, accessories, pricing plans and service features.
• Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions for their needs.
• Create an exceptional mobile wireless shopping experience for customers by providing engaged, knowledgeable, personalized service.
• Demonstrate product expertise and provide appropriate recommendations for customers.
