  • Ensures inventory and merchandising standards are maintained in assigned store area.
  • Demonstrates excellence in execution of selling skills and selling strategy as shown by feedback forms and customer metrics.
  • Supports sales strategies in partnership with the Sales Manager to achieve operating results, growth objectives, and overall financial performance goals.
  • Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions for their needs.
  • Implements assigned responsibilities from store leadership to engage customers, build complete solutions, and maintain a balance of efficiency and customer service
