Job Responsibilities:

  • Handles all aspects of the sale including customer contracts, warranties, customer payments, cash and credit card/check transactions.
  • Develops, maintains and communicates strong, up-to-date knowledge of wireless products, accessories, pricing plans and service features.
  • Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions for their needs. Provides personalized service and exceptional expertise for customers.
