Job Description:
Identify and report on recurring problems using the product information report for input into quality improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all jobs card values are accurate before submitting in warranty system
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting on Work In Progress (WIP)
- Ensure staff are trained on and understand warranty criteria and labour time guide
- Attend regular WIP meetings and implement any resolution from this meeting
- Update CRM and other customer management systems
- Monitor and manage campaign completion and workflow by identifying machine location and arrange with closest branch to action
- Maintain warranty stores and ensure that all warranty parts are accounted for.
- Ensure that suppliers invoices are followed up by the Workshop Administrators
- Ensure warranties are submitted in the system timeously.
- Monitor and manage weekly warranty wip reports
- Upload new machines on CRM and SAP
- Ensure highest warranty recovery rate obtained on every claim
Job Requirements:
- Ability to interact with team members
- Report Writing skills
- Matric or ABET Level 4
- Good communication skills
- SAP added advantage
- Compute literacy
- Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of technical related experience
- Supervisory experience added advantage
- Must be resourceful and self-motivated
