Job Description: Identify and report on recurring problems using the product information report for input into quality improvement. Job Responsibilities: Ensure all jobs card values are accurate before submitting in warranty system Ensure accurate and timely reporting on Work In Progress (WIP) Ensure staff are trained on and understand warranty criteria and labour time guide Attend regular WIP meetings and implement any resolution from this meeting Update CRM and other customer management systems Monitor and manage campaign completion and workflow by identifying machine location and arrange with closest branch to action Maintain warranty stores and ensure that all warranty parts are accounted for. Ensure that suppliers invoices are followed up by the Workshop Administrators Ensure warranties are submitted in the system timeously.
