Job Description: The Relationship Manager – TASC is the primary touch point for high value TASC accounts across the Bank. The role engages with the key clientele of the segment within respective assigned markets, encompassing a cluster of Branches to ensure deepening of relationship through various cross holding products. The RM is responsible for identification of potential customers and providing them customized solutions as per their requirements. Job Responsibilities: Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics Exhibits proper understanding of institutional sales with thrust on TASC products with CMS and digital solutions Coordinate with the key customers and internal teams to ensure service delivery of the highest standards Acquire Key TASC customers of the market in collaboration with the Cluster/Circle Head – TASC and the Branch Head of the respective Branch. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely and compliant manner Develop and nurture trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives Job Requirements: Knowledge of banking products and services Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms Ability to manage complex client situations Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language NCFM and AMFI Certifications is an added advantage Graduation/ Post- Graduation (MBA- Marketing preferred) 4-7 years of experience in the BFSI sector Prior work experience in TASC / Government Segment with a Private Bank is desired Job Details: Company: Axis Bank Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, India Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here instantcareers.net
