The Store Manager role is integral to our business. As the Store Manager, you will set the standard in store. You will be a role model, an inspirational leader, consistently delivering your performance targets and above all, you will keep the customer at the heart of everything you do.

Job Responsibilities:

• You’ll be at the forefront of digitally serving our customers, and you’ll have a team of Trading Support Managers to help you deliver the Argos retail strategy and ensure the shopping experience is as easy as possible for all your customers.
• You’ll be taking the lead on a one of our ‘Store-in-Stores’ inside Sainsbury’s, working closely with the Sainsbury’s Store Manager to define and implement the store strategy
