Job Description:
As a SHE Administrator you will be required to offer logistical support to, SHE Business Systems and internal and external reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with all relevant role players to ensure stable SHE systems working environment
- Train users on the SHE systems and provide on-going support Isometrix
- Update and maintain user access on transactional SHE systems
- SAP
- Review and confirm data integrity on the systems prior to reporting periods
- Address systems and data queries from users
- SharePoint
- Systems include, but are not limited to:
- Upload and extract assurance findings, incident investigations etc.
Job Requirements:
- 3 years’ working experience in the mining and/or processing industry.
- Power BI experience and knowledge advantageous
- 3 years’ working experience in administrative function, specifically document control and records management
- Stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work with Excel/ Data Sheets/ Pivot Tables/ Dashboards (Ability to create and build)
- Experience working with transactional software systems.(Isometrix, SharePoint)
- Grade 12
- Meeting Deadlines
- Administration qualification (NQF 6)
