Job Description:

As a SHE Administrator you will be required to offer logistical support to, SHE Business Systems and internal and external reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with all relevant role players to ensure stable SHE systems working environment
  • Train users on the SHE systems and provide on-going support Isometrix
  • Update and maintain user access on transactional SHE systems
  • SAP
  • Review and confirm data integrity on the systems prior to reporting periods
  • Address systems and data queries from users
  • SharePoint
  • Systems include, but are not limited to:
  • Upload and extract assurance findings, incident investigations etc.

Job Requirements:

  • 3 years’ working experience in the mining and/or processing industry.
  • Power BI experience and knowledge advantageous
  • 3 years’ working experience in administrative function, specifically document control and records management
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to work with Excel/ Data Sheets/ Pivot Tables/ Dashboards (Ability to create and build)
  • Experience working with transactional software systems.(Isometrix, SharePoint)
  • Grade 12
  • Meeting Deadlines
  • Administration qualification (NQF 6)
