Job Responsibilities:
- Comply with accounting policies and procedures, the Anglo-American plc group policies and Code of Business Conduct in all dealings
- Data Remediation
- Work within policies, processes and systems advising your manager of any issues impeding your or your team’s performance
- Set and monitor the health, safety and environmental expectations and behaviour for the Team so that it meets the required standards
- Participate in relevant safety audits, inspections and observations, and address issues as part of demonstrating safety leadership
- Identify opportunities for improved cost management and address / raise these with your Manager as appropriate
- Monitors, collects, processes and examines master and key data to performs statistical analyses on data sets
Job Requirements:
- Data protection principles
- A relevant 3-year qualification
- System Configuration and Application
- Project Management and Execution (Level 1)
- Governance and compliance (Level 2)
- Advanced skills in the use of spreadsheets and other computer applications for analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of Finance, SAP and the Accounts payable vendor process
- 3-5 years working experience in this field
