Job Description: You will be responsible for executing on the GRIR (Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt) processes and strategies in support of accurate financial reporting, timely payments to suppliers, and identification of business risks and deviations. Job Responsibilities: Proactively analyse and manage the timely clearing of GRIR transactions Escalate recurring issues, trends, deviations, and behaviors that negatively impact GRIR process Identify and manage recurring issues through root cause analysis and continuous improvement Prepare reports and provide feedback on items not cleared in a timely manner Identify and solve complex GRIR issues Engage with stakeholders to facilitate GRIR clearing activities Job Requirements: 2 years SAP Experience Grade 12 Preferred 3-year qualification, or studying towards Strong Excel and reporting skills 2 years accounting experience VAT GRIR Specific Knowledge requirements: GRIR understanding and experience Accounting Problem-solving capabilities Job Details: Company: Anglo American Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Johannesburg Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here instantcareers.net
