Job Description:

You will be responsible for executing on the GRIR (Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt) processes and strategies in support of accurate financial reporting, timely payments to suppliers, and identification of business risks and deviations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively analyse and manage the timely clearing of GRIR transactions
• Escalate recurring issues, trends, deviations, and behaviors that negatively impact GRIR process
• Identify and manage recurring issues through root cause analysis and continuous improvement
• Prepare reports and provide feedback on items not cleared in a timely manner
• Identify and solve complex GRIR issues
• Engage with stakeholders to facilitate GRIR clearing activities

Job Requirements:

• 2 years SAP Experience
• Grade 12
• Preferred 3-year qualification, or studying towards
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• 2 years accounting experience
• VAT
• GRIR
• Specific Knowledge requirements:
• GRIR understanding and experience
• Accounting
• Problem-solving capabilities
