Job Description: Amgen is seeking a Senior Associate Customer Finance who will be responsible for daily collection of customer payments, timely order releases and monthly reporting for Amgen’s US operations. This role will report to the Manager of Customer Finance and will be based out of Amgen's Tampa, Florida location. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for clearing and resolving aged credits, including the unclaimed property process Prepares monthly cash forecast for US receivables collections Prepares monthly reports on past due invoices and deductions and reviews with management Works with Cash Application group and/or wholesaler to reconcile accounts when needed Responsible for documenting collection and follow-ups with wholesalers and internal departments to fully resolve open past due A/R Must be able to influence other groups to act on resolution. Requires detailed analysis and reporting through both in-house and external systems.
