Job Description:

To be a FIS Bureau Operator (Mining) entails being the go-to person for multiple high profile Netstar Mining clients which meet the specifications. This includes taking ownership of these accounts from a Fleet Intelligence perspective relating to being a liaison between Netstar and client, managing hardware/software tickets and cases, creating specialized reporting, ensuring that clients SLA and Scope is met at all times, Onboarding client on software

Job Responsibilities:

• Administrating clients’ databases / CAPS/Profleet/Vigil +/Pilot
• Set up of alarm notifications
• Log and follow up on all software related issues
• Set up scheduled reports
• Onboard new mining clients and/or equipment
• Manage driver tag administration
• Deliver services according to Mining SLA’s
• Create Geozone on all databases
• Log and follow up on all technical attendance
• Compile daily/weekly/monthly health checks to clients
• Management client user access
• Manage open Software/Hardware tickets/cases

Job Requirements:

• National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12 (Required)
