Job Description: To be a FIS Bureau Operator (Mining) entails being the go-to person for multiple high profile Netstar Mining clients which meet the specifications. This includes taking ownership of these accounts from a Fleet Intelligence perspective relating to being a liaison between Netstar and client, managing hardware/software tickets and cases, creating specialized reporting, ensuring that clients SLA and Scope is met at all times, Onboarding client on software Job Responsibilities: Administrating clients' databases / CAPS/Profleet/Vigil +/Pilot Set up of alarm notifications Log and follow up on all software related issues Set up scheduled reports Onboard new mining clients and/or equipment Manage driver tag administration Deliver services according to Mining SLA's Create Geozone on all databases Log and follow up on all technical attendance Compile daily/weekly/monthly health checks to clients Management client user access Manage open Software/Hardware tickets/cases Job Requirements: National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12 (Required) Job Details: Company: Altron Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Rustenburg Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here instantcareers.net
