Job Description:

Attend to customers as and when required to maintain relationship or resolve problems or respond to queries Attend and resolve matters without delay. Provide feedback to initiator within 24 hours regarding progress made. Resolve matter accurately in line with expectations and business

Job Responsibilities:

  • Improve skills to operate different programmes
  • Enrol training course applicable to job requirement
  • Manage external debt collectors daily in line with our strategy
  • With and through the allocated team deliver normal credit control functions including administration, allocations, debit- and credit notes, journals etc. including follow-ups to finalization
  • Attend training course-in house and external to develop skills
  • Monitor status of the book
  • Identify, resolve and collect on problematic accounts
  • Take action to prevent the book from ageing
  • Complete task timeously
  • Complete task accurately

Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years supervisory/team lead experience
  • 2+ years customer service experience (advantageous)
  • National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years credit control experience
