Job Description:

Under the direction of the DevOps Executive (or other assigned Practise Lead) for Altron Systems Integration Cloud Application Migration, this senior management role manages all client expectations and oversees that clients needs are met, in a timely fashion. It is responsible for heading-up all Service Delivery Managers. Ensuring their Annual Revenue targets and Gross Profit targets are met. Develop a profound understanding of the clients business, strategic initiatives, competitors’ strategies and evolve as a recognized expert in the client’s market. Actively develops personal knowledge of industry/market sector, clients’ business challenges and the impact of potential future changes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide regular Financial Planning and Reporting, including but not limited to: revenue forecasts, sales pipeline & opportunities, effort estimates, and so forth
• Drive the development and evaluation of short term and long term strategic and financial objectives for ongoing success of the Altron SI CAM team
• Continuous assessment of a client’s needs and business objectives
• Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention
• Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients
• Assist all teams to meet financial targets and growth objectives
• Defining and implementing financially viable and scalable resource structures to service multiple clients (existing and new) without impacting the development roadmaps of our selected clients or products
• Be overall responsible for all Altron SI Clients service and growth delivery
• Manage all contractual obligations and requirements, and ensure Contract governance is adhered to

Job Requirements:

• Proven success in client retention and growth
• Proven Track record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Strong Business Acumen
• Proven leadership in managing account manager/service delivery teams
• 10+ years experience
• Minimum of 5+ years within a Senior Key Account Management position
• Experience in Service delivery
• 8+ years experience in managing and leading teams
• Experience in contracts and negotiations
