Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ramp. base and inflight checks, and to utilise line checks as a moderation tool in the performance management system.
• To ensure that all Flight Attendant undergo line checks
• To ensure compliance to stipulated procedure and policies.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a Train the Trainer accreditation.
• In-Charge Flight Attendant experience
• An Assessors qualification.
• Minimum of 3 year flying experience.
• Must have a valid CAA Flight Attendant License.
• Minimum education requirement is a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
