Job Description:
Ensure successful implementation of IT initiatives/applications using Scrum Framework with improved quality in accordance with business needs and strategic goals. Provide expert level guidance to software initiative team in terms of process, system, tools, methods as well as communication, integration and successful team dynamics through weekly facilitation sessions. Integrate with diverse stakeholders by engaging and facilitate with multiple driver’s groups across a spectrum of wants and needs
Job Responsibilities:
- Scope creep control
- Manage ongoing monitoring, reporting and control activities throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Management of risks
- Produce and maintain the documents and status reports to support the above activities These include: Project Exception Log (Issues, Change requests, Decision, Action logs),Project status reports
- Facilitate the decision making process with stakeholders and document accordingly
- Ensure that Scope milestones are met. Issue resolution and management
