Job Description: Plan, direct, coordinate and manage in the provision of Instrument & Control maintenance in all aspect of maintenance, repair, shutdown preparation, troubleshooting and supporting to Engineering for modification of Instrument & Control equipment of all LNG Trains, Gas Export Train and Power generation plants. Include reviewing equipment performance to ascertain status, performing analysis and recommendation optimum method to deal with chronic problems. Ensure Instrument & Control equipment’s operating efficiently as per company design and procedures. Job Responsibilities: Conduct Advanced Safety Audits and Advanced Maintenance Audits on the team Assess the manpower requirement and propose supplementary manpower as required to Manager, I-C Maintenance Demonstrate appropriate levels of knowledge and responsibility regarding Technical and Operational Integrity processes of AIRMS. Conduct risk assessments, root cause analysis and safety reviews and submit reports and recommendations accordingly Undertake direct field supervision on engineers, Supervisors, Senior Technicians & Technicians, I-C Maintenance, Vendor Engineers for special work, as required Ensure availability, reliability and integrity of plant and Instrument & Control equipment, in line with best Maintenance techniques and engineering practices. Liaise and contact Team Leaders in Planning, Scheduling and Turnaround Department with regard to shutdown preparation, to review on the method statement in order to achieve optimum quality assurance. Reviews the schedule preparation with appropriate suggestion in order to avoid unnecessary delay for handover or commission of equipment. Ensure that all company codes/regulations/engineering practices are adhered to by Section employees. Participate in RCA meetings / discussions and contribute in resolving issues towards avoidance of plant trip recurrences Ensure Instrument & Control equipment’s operating efficiently as per company design and procedures. Delegate work responsibilities; assure development of subordinates in the job; stand as acting Manager, I-C Maintenance as and when required Job Requirements: Design, installation and commissioning of DCS & ESD / PLC projects. Good knowledge of spoken and written English. Team player with collaborative skill. Good communication and coordination skill. Technical Report Writing Knowledge of LNG process and Utilities Good interpersonal and people management skill. Bachelor Degree in Instrument & Control Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent . 15 years of experience in diverse Oil & Gas, or Petrochemical industry with specialization in Instrument & Control System maintenance [DCS (Honeywell), PLC systems, ESD systems (Honeywell & Triconex), Compressor Control systems (CCC), GE Mark VI/VIe systems used in Petrochemical Industries].
