Job Description: The Account Manager will be working as part of the Global Cross Brand team - responsible for creating and delivering an integrated range of assets and support for both the Jaguar and Land Rover brands. Reporting to a Global Account Director you will lead day-to-day work helping to manage expectations and deliver projects against timelines. Job Responsibilities: Build strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders, operating as advisor and support to clients. Working with and understanding the creative process – managing expectations and time pressures. Working with Account Director and other Account Executive to establish and manage project plans through to delivery. Market coordination - Managing and coordinating asset delivery to the markets and following up with them afterwards. Relationship Management – building relationships with JLR clients and our Spark44 offices with a service driven approach. Monitoring competitor/industry activity for best practice. Share best practice examples with markets. Responsible for weekly status meetings incl. preparation & follow up. Collaborate with internal Spark44 teams and the external agency partners. Offer support across the wider team during busier periods. Job Requirements: Ability to report upwards and downwards while managing the dynamics within the current account management team. Experience working with multiple stakeholders. Numerate with a good understanding of financial management and profitability. Automotive or luxury experience would be advantageous. Disciplined and dependable support to Account Director whilst also running own projects. Proficient written communication skills. Good administrative and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Working knowledge of integrated channels including Digital. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
