Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing a well-stocked and well-maintained department while providing superior customer service. You'll stock and properly rotate products on a daily basis, while maintaining all department and safety / sanitation standards. Job Responsibilities: Ensures integrity of shelf tags and signage in department; may create / prepare signage, as needed Organizes, cleans, and prepares back area for the night crew and incoming trucks Checks shipments for out-of-date and damaged product to ensure freshness and quality of products Builds, stocks, maintains, and takes down store displays Maintains standards in shrink, safety, inventory control, and sanitation Assists with inventory control; loads, unloads, and moves product Stocks and rotates items as needed Organizes merchandise on pallets to make the department presentable to the public Performs the duties of Customer Service Assistant as needed Job Requirements: Provides superior customer service Answers customer questions regarding products and assists them with selections; helps customers locate store merchandise Communication and interpersonal skills Reading and writing skills Strong customer service skills Planning and organizing skills Qualification & Experience: Minimum age 18 (mandatory) Completion of Company Orientation and Safety Training (upon hire) High school diploma (or equivalent) Job Details: Company: H-E-B Vacancy Type: Part Time Job Location: Baytown, TX, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here instantcareers.net
