Job Description: Sky Creative are on the look-out for a talented Production Coordinator to join the newly formed German speaking market team. In this exciting role you will be tasked with producing top quality Promos for the German speaking markets in Europe. Ideally you would be able to speak German fluently, however this isn't a necessity. Job Responsibilities: Ensuring all formal and informal production meetings are scheduled. Assisting with footage and file management when working with external partners. Ensuring all created assets are delivered to the correct location, on time, following the right delivery & clearance process. Assist with recon/invoice chasing and processing process.\ Assist with archiving of final project files / case studies Maintaining team documents including resource, project and budget trackers. Working closely with creatives teams to ensure they have assets / content they need in creative & production stages. Support the producers in their day to day of running projects. Maintaining delivery logs and tracking of projects. Job Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment/calmly under pressure Ability to build strong relationships with internal & external partners Highly organised, able to multi-task. Self-sufficient and able to work alone, but good at managing up Ability to work as part of a team, collaborative. Can do attitude, proactive, problem solver. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
