Job Description: The solutions manage processes driven by Human Resources such as Joiners, Movers and Leavers, orchestrated automatically in conjunction with other services across the organisation, or by user request. Job Responsibilities: Map and understand future demand and technology change, enable the service to meet the demands of the bank’s strategic direction, and define requirements and business processes Own the quality of the deliverables and service, and ensure designs drive service improvement, manage vendors delivering services in the area Manage the design, service architecture, solution architecture, process design, data architecture, security architecture, etc. Ensure requirements and design maturity to a level where other teams can develop, test and operate the service Understand and proactively manage operational, regulatory and other risks related to the service, and maintain relationship with key stake holders Job Requirements: Attention to detail and able to deliver high quality material, with strong communication skills Strong leader, able to work in virtual, global teams in a matrix organisation, cross location and with mix of vendors and internals Significant experience in and technical knowledge of Information Security; Identity and Access Management; request, approval and provisioning services; and One Identity Manager and Java Proven experience in an architect role, and experience in architecture design, both on service and solution architecture level, with strong understanding of architecture and development frameworks, specifically Agile frameworks Good understanding of Information Security Control frameworks, large scale thinking and global services Job Details: Company: Deutsche Bank Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Bucharest, Romania Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here instantcareers.net
