Job Description: Contribute, facilitate and strive for continual energy efficiency improvement at sites and energy optimization in projects by initiating, coordinating and conducting studies, analyzing and reporting energy performance, maintaining energy management system and ensuring PEO Framework compliance. Job Responsibilities: Conduct in-house energy studies, where applicable, or coordinate technical studies and services through consultant companies to ensure all work activities are carried out in accordance with contractual obligations. Support and coordinate Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) projects and any other projects & schemes related to environment and energy in order to reduce environmental impact Develop SOW in collaboration with pertinent engineering disciplines and sites. Identify and manage energy optimization and energy efficiency improvement studies. Assess potential opportunities to reduce company’s corporate carbon footprint by various means including application of renewable energy technology solutions. Coordinate with external authorities and parties on issues related to energy conservation to obtain information or provide clarifications. Provide support to the operating Divisions on issues related to energy optimization studies for enhancing energy efficiency. Initiate, coordinate and conduct energy efficiency studies to ensure continual energy performance improvement. Support in identification and execution of strategic initiatives and studies related to energy. Support in the implementation of new techniques and technologies for Energy efficiency improvement utilizing industrial best practices and management standards. Revalidate studies based on changes in fuel and power tariffs. Review and prioritize energy initiatives and recommend the best possible energy efficiency solutions which meet the company’s objectives. Job Requirements: 8 years of experience in Technical Services, Process Engineering or Energy Management in the Oil & Gas industry. Planning and Organising, Scheduling and Co-ordinating, Checking, Examining and Recording. Data Analysis skills.. Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent Professional Qualification. Understand sources of emissions and control technologies. Strong knowledge of energy efficiency concepts applicable in gas processing plants. Safety and quality consciousness. Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills Project Management skills.
