Job Description: The Trade Review Analyst is responsible for supporting the Annuity Pre-Approval desk. Job Responsibilities: Assist management with reconciliation of pending requests to ensure they are completed, as well as additional department controls. Any other duties as needed by management. Acts as a liaison between the Trade Principal 4 associates and the Firm’s Legal, Compliance, Marketing, as well as Management and the Field Force. Attend Pre-Approval meetings to provide additional insight to the Attorneys regarding specific requests as needed. Communicate questions and concerns related to these communications back to the Attorneys, the Trade Principals, and PFSI management. Works directly with the Attorneys to prepare communications of Approval and Rejection, as well as client disclosure documents and provide these communications to the Field. Analyze incoming Pre-Approval requests and prepare them for Committee review. Research incoming new account applications to locate the Pre-Approval request and validate the Pre-Approval or provide instructions to the Trade Principals to reject the application.
