Job Responsibilities: Provide ongoing account management and support for both existing and new accounts with regular touchpoints to review needs and subscription volumes. Liaise with internal stakeholders (legal, tax, finance, etc) to address non-standard customer requests and requirements. Provide potential customer opportunities with an overview of Ford Pro Intelligence products and capabilities and assess match with customer needs. Liaise with FPI account management team on data products account structure and setup. Provide feedback on customer requirements to product development team Coordinate European deployment with the North American data service team and ensure consistent approach to global customers requiring service in both regions. Ensure continued compliance with data privacy, security, and Ford policy requirements in the delivery of data products. Communicate product changes and enhancements to active and prospective customers Oversee customer data integration with Ford Pro APIs and liaise with the Enterprise Connectivity data integration team as required. Manage the Ford Pro Data Services product portfolio in Europe. Continue to assess product performance and make recommendations as required. Negotiate and execute b2b data agreements for delivery revenue generating Ford Pro Data Services reflecting Ford Pro standard business terms. Manage agreement renewals and terminations as required Identify potential B2B data customers who present significant opportunities to deliver paid subscriptions at scale Job Requirements: 5+ years of recent experience of Fleet / B2B sales Proficient in modern collaboration tools such as Office 365, SharePoint and WebEx Teams Knowledge of vehicle connectivity interfaces and /or relevant technical experience Ability to speak additional European languages - preferably, German, French, Italian or Spanish Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
