Job Description: To be a Sales Assistant in one of our station-based stores, you need to keep customers happy by working fast and having a good grasp of current promotions. After all, they have trains to catch, and often no time to stand and chat. At the same time, you need to keep shelves fully stocked – you never know when a train will be delayed and your store will be filled with customers. Keep standards high and the store spick and span, and you’ll go a long way to impressing customers and managers alike. Show you’ve got what it takes and we’ll help you progress. Job Responsibilities: Perhaps surprisingly, what you don’t need is bags of retail or customer service experience. We’re looking for people who have a real desire to learn and to make our customers happy! You’ll need to be a great listener, proactive and naturally helpful. The rest will come.
