Job Responsibilities: Capture, store and report on assessment data and trends as required Prepare assessment folders for report writing and safe guarding of information Liaising with HR Practitioners, Service Providers, candidates and line managers to ensure assessments and feedbacks take place at appropriate times and venues, as well as virtually Ensure all material is prepared and systems are in place for the efficient running of the assessment process, face-to-face and virtually Assess candidates in line with Health Professions Council of SA regulations (test administration and role-play observation, playing and evaluation) Provide assessment feedback to clients and candidates Support Service Providers who administer Management Development Centres Write assessment reports independently Job Requirements: Honours in Industrial Psychology coupled with registration as a Psychometrist Independent Practice with the Health Professions Council of South Africa Discipline specific skills such as being certified in the use of psychometric instruments typically utilized by the City of Cape Town e.g. SHL’s OPQ and Cognadev’s CPP A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a registered Psychometrist.
