Job Responsibilities: Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement Assist with Ad-hoc HR activities as and when required Organize and schedule meetings and events Assist in performance management processes Supporting employee relations by providing guidelines and clarifications on policies and their application Creating, implementing and administering human resources policies and procedures and ensuring that practices are compliant with statutory requirements and guidelines Assisting with various aspects of HR Operations including employee documentation, on-boarding and off-boarding, day to day queries Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems Create and implement effective plans and support throughout the employee lifecycle. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues Administration of employee benefits and claims Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements Assisting with the development of training and development programs Job Requirements: Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures Experience on SAP SuccessFactors – advantageous Proficient in MS Office Working in a unionised environment Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
