Job Description: Ensure that contracted Service Level and Satisfaction targets are achieved. To ensure that all change calls are logged correctly, updated correctly, followed up, escalated timeously, serviced, and closed with sufficient detail Job Responsibilities: Request technical assistance and escalate when necessary Recommend procedures and controls for identified gaps or improvements required for change management Ensure continuous communication to the technical team and customer on changes logged Use Knowledge Base Articles and Support Documentation to guide the process Follow up on customer queries and other ad hoc requests Ensure that all open change calls are constantly reviewed and updated until closure Work with other Engineers, Customer & 3rd Parties for all changes logged Ensure adherence to all Altron and Customer processes, policies and procedures as per prescribed compliance.
