Job Description: Manage and lead teams to efficiently meet the daily operational and SLA requirements of the Banks/ SARB. Mitigate and eliminate risk and losses through SOP compliance. Assist the Processing/Centre Manager in the overall effective management of Cash Operations in line with SBV strategy. Job Responsibilities: Manage specie stock levels and accuracy of receiving and dispatching according to Banks/Customer/ Interbranch SLA agreements Validate that all Notes Held To Order (NHTO) transactions and Vault operations are executed as per SARB agreement Measure, track and report monthly SLA adherence Initiate and coordinate SBV Risk Business Continuity plans when required per incident type. Verify cash and submit NHTO certificates to SARB within designated SARB timelines Monitor and sign off the adherence of daily balancing as per SOP and system requirements Perform Processing/Centre Manager duties as and when operationally required Schedule and run daily plan sessions with your support team Monitor operational execution status and implement contingency plans when required Review and sign off all system and manual deposits or credits at end of day Provide support and guidance in daily planning sessions with respective teams Responsible for Efficiency and Resource Planning Job Requirements: Valid code 08 driver’s licence Financial and Budget management Intermediate MS Office Diploma or formal qualification in Supply Chain/ Production/ Risk/ Financial Management (Advantageous) Special Training or Requirements Grade 12 5 years’ experience in Cash Operations or Supply Chain or Cash Environment of which: 3 years’ supervision of staff Minimum Requirements Job Details: Company: SBV Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here instantcareers.net
