Job Description: As a Manufacturing Production Partner III, you'll serve as part of the operational team that provides expertise necessary to achieve superior business results through H-E-B's self-manufactured products. Job Responsibilities: Verifies product is in good condition for shipment Fabricates / fills product containers, as necessary Operates a forklift Verifies / analyzes / implements changes to QMS documentation Documents outgoing product Assists with preparing / loading production materials Ensures all pallets are strapped / stretch-wrapped to minimize product shifting or damage Performs product handling to convert raw material into finished goods at an intermediate level in job functions such as cutting, trimming, slicing, dicing, seasoning, mixing, decorating, designing, icing, digital processing Requests / releases trailers Palletizes shipping units in an interlocking manner, using correct tie height Ensures product quality control in accordance with product specifications Checks for accuracy of product Verifies product to bill of lading Breaks down pallets / separates product, when needed Applies understanding of team in development fundamentals; actively participates in a team environment through division / plant team orientation, and safety and quality training Maintains Total Process Ownership (TPO) to ensure optimum condition of manufacturing processes and equipment; TPO focuses on achieving high levels of overall process effectiveness Packs finished goods into a shipping unit Unloads trailers of raw material Loads trailers with finished goods Job Requirements: Knowledge / understanding of QES standards Ability to operate machines or equipment at an advanced level Math skills (+,-,*,/) Strong organization skills; attention to detail Technical Technical knowledge of automated cleaning skills Ability to communicate effectively Strong communication skills Ability to work in a team-based environment Bi-lingual language skills a plus Reading and writing skills Advanced technical knowledge of chemical cleaning agents PC skills A high school diploma Certification in Team Skills Technical knowledge related to manufacturing operations Job Details: Company: H-E-B Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Houston, TX, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here instantcareers.net
