Job Description: Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., a privately-held company based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of HR Project Coordinator. This full-time position is located at Hobby Lobby’s corporate campus in Oklahoma City. This position works closely with other members of the HR/Benefits/Leave/Legal Department. Job Responsibilities: Performing a broad range of administrative support responsibilities, including, but not limited to, creating and maintaining files (electronic and hard copy), preparing/distributing correspondence, performing research, compiling and analyzing data, etc.; Communicating with all levels of an organization regarding administrative policy/protocol compliance; Manage state poster compliance and assist in other compliance initiatives; Responding to inquiries or redirecting inquiries to appropriate staff members; and, Performing a wide range of additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
