Job Description:
In this role you will implement the global HR-agenda for the Group Network Organisation in Group Technology through client facing business partnering and support of HR strategy aligned projects.
Job Requirements:
- A track record of supporting teams to deliver activities related, but not limited to Resourcing, Reward and Recognition, Learning and Development, PD and Talent and International Mobility
- Uses communication skills to exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical way;
- Acts as a point of contact for the business function and resolves problems using established precedents and methods to ensure all business areas’ issues are resolved;
- Perform other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas
