Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls from the Foreign Language Desk (FLD) that include booking global itineraries and answering inquiries from customers
- Maintain statistical excellence in all areas to support productivity goals
- Be accountable for all scheduled telephone time to meet service level goals
- Maintain an ergonomically correct work area
- Efficiently handle special requests; assist all customers including those with disabilities using United guidelines
- Utilize customer service and sales techniques to effectively address customer needs
- Consistently deliver a standard-setting product to our customers
Job Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Hebrew (written and spoken) (language assessment test will be administered)
- Must be flexible to work any shift within a 24-hour period including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to attend a full-time (8 ½ hour) training class within a 24 hour period in the Reservations Office in Greenspoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Qualification & Experience:
- Previous customer service experience required
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Must have experience using computers, including MS Outlook and Office Communicator (Instant Messaging)
