Job Description: Supervision of loaders, correct despatching of bread into trucks and accurate count of stock receipt and sock on floor. Job Responsibilities: Ensure that loading of trucks is prioritized according to departure times. Accurate verification of orders loaded on trucks(routes and allocated trucks must match) Supervise and manage subordinates on shift Responsible for safeguarding and issuing of additional loads and short loads and no abuse thereof as well as control of mentioned books Must accurately count, transfer or accept bread stock when doing shift change over between clerks.
