Job Description:

Supervision of loaders, correct despatching of bread into trucks and accurate count of stock receipt and sock on floor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that loading of trucks is prioritized according to departure times.
• Accurate verification of orders loaded on trucks(routes and allocated trucks must match)
• Supervise and manage subordinates on shift
• Responsible for safeguarding and issuing of additional loads and short loads and no abuse thereof as well as control of mentioned books
• Must accurately count, transfer or accept bread stock when doing shift change over between clerks.

Job Requirements:

• Food safety standards knowledge
• Grade 12
• Numerically sound
• Able to communicate with all stakeholders and report on matters arising which will destabilize the effectiveness of the shift to appropriate immediate senior or manager
• 2-3years in a despatch environment
• Leadership and ability to manage employees
