Job Responsibilities:

• Our interns will be exposed to a variety of legal areas including litigation and counseling areas and will draft factual case summaries, conduct legal research, and complete project work.
• This program strives to provide our paralegal interns with meaningful hands-on work experiences leveraging training, mentoring, and development opportunities within our Corporate Law Division.
• The Law Department of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, a Fortune 50 company, is hosting a Paralegal Summer Intern Program designed to provide exposure to a variety of areas within the department and State Farm for rising paralegal students.

Job Requirements:

• Applicants are required to be eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately; employer will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work opportunity
• Completion of Legal Research 1 and Litigation 1 courses or the equivalent is required
• Currently enrolled in an ABA-Approved Paralegal Degree or Certificate Program and must remain enrolled as a student for the duration of the internship
