You will help bring to life features using emerging tech that will land in customer homes imminently, as well as shape how these technologies could improve our customer experiences in the future

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis of issues related to the Engineering team and provide input on how best to make improvements to the feature
• Understand the benefits and opportunities that emerging tech can bring to customer products and services
• Use Data Analytics to provide inputs to emerging tech strategy
• Owning and evolving relationships with stakeholders, such as Product Managers, QA Team, Trials Team & Delivery Managers.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
• Be the first point of contact to address technical issues raised to the Engineering team during the technical trial of a new and exciting customer-facing feature for a brand-new product.
• Work closely with technical test teams, product managers and external stakeholders to ensure that issues received during trials are addressed in a timely way.
• A communication style that is clear, efficient, and effective
• An appreciation of the emerging technology landscape would be advantageous)

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience in learning complex technical concepts, and learning them quickly
• Strong analytical and document reviewing experience
• An inquisitive nature
