Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for: •Planning, organising monitoring and control office administration activities (filing, archiving, copying, data capture etc.) •Receiving, distributing and dispatching documentation in the office environment (time sheet, Leave forms etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare meeting communications
- Managing attendance registers
- Co-ordinate meeting, minor events and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, memos, letters and documents that are required
- Order and distribute office supplies
- Capture HRD system data
- Monitor and control office supplies (stationary, uniforms etc.)
- Maintain and update the office filing system
- Planning and confirmation of course booking
- Liaise with stakeholders regarding HRD related queries
- Receive distribute and dispatch documentation in the office environment (time sheet, Leave forms etc.)
- Compile and distribute meeting minutes
- Plan, organise monitor and control office administration activities (filing, archiving, copying, data capture etc.)
Job Requirements:
- Have Grade 12 Certificate
- Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye Stillwater
- Occupational Health Centre.
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in a related role
- Must be computer literate
