Job Description:

The purpose of this vacancy is to manage the manufacturing processes, equipment and facilities at the Krugersdorp site in the most cost-effective way ensuring maximum efficiency and optimal mix whilst maintaining compliance with legislation, customer specifications, quality and company standards in order to achieve production plan targets.

Job Requirements:

• Achieve Processing strike rate
• Training rolled out according to training plans
• Waste management
• SHEQ compliance within the Processing Department
• A Diploma/ Degree in production management
• Cost saving (deliver against cost saving and business improvement initiatives)
• 7 years relevant operational experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment with at least 5 years in a management position
• Cost management (Processing budget vs expenditure)
