Rent-A-Store Honeydew has an opening for a female self-storage rental and debt collection agent.

Job Responsibilities:

• General administrative duties
• Collecting outstanding debt
• Assisting, quoting, and signing up of incoming telephonic, online,
• Signing up and capturing of storage lease agreements email and walk in queries.
• Problem solving
• Upholding facility excellence
• Client queries

Job Requirements:

• Previous sales and debt collecting experience
• Fluent in English (written & verbal)
• Own transport and valid driver’s license;
• Computer literate, MS office, internet & a fast learner on new software
• Able to firmly collect outstanding debt and reach collection targets
• Sales orientated with a successful track record of closing deals and reaching targets
