Job Description:

The quality of service and repair are essential to customer satisfaction. Your role, with suppliers, is to provide high quality and timely technical documentation in advance of model events to support Nissan technicians.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Budget / Cost optimizations / Invoices / purchasing administration and monitoring
  • Suppliers Management: Technical authoring, translation, distribution
  • Problem and Kaizen management (bench-marking, RBUs feedback)
  • Synergies implementation with Renault/NML
  • Management of Publication viewer
  • Launch of new IS projects to redefine authoring, publication and distribution processes
  • Implementation of improvement activities
  • Support local Nissan National Sales Companies in their day to day business
  • KPI monitoring and monthly reporting (Quality, Costs, Delivery, Time)
  • Project management and planning for vehicle model events
  • International x Functional project coordination spanning from Japan to USA

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral English skills is required
  • Project Management
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate smoothly and efficiently with suppliers
  • Keen to work in a Multicultural environment
  • Ability to work both independently & as part of a team
  • French language is a plus
  • Results driven
  • Technical and Engineering knowledge is an asset
  • Proactive
