Job Description: We are looking for an Operations specialist to join our talent organization in Amsterdam. As a member of our team, your responsibilities encompass coordination of payrolling services, administration for on/off-boarding, and maintaining both our contingent and full-time workforce and supplier data in various systems as well supporting tactical tasks for our employee services group. The Operations Specialist will provide ongoing support to the contingent talent team on a day-to-day basis, potential occasional support of our employee generalist, and reporting to a regionally-based Employee Services Manager. Job Responsibilities: Drive system configurations & tooling enhancements based on workflow changes/optimization Collaborate with our Contingent Talent Partners, Employee Services Generalists, Hiring Managers, and other partners (Executive Assistants, Workplace, Technology & Talent Experience & Operations teams, etc.) Own the operational onboarding journey and setup for up all contingent workers Support contingent worker inquiries related to time-carding and expense processing Interface with various teams to drive improvements to the contingent candidate experience - provide a memorable experience from interview through offboarding Maintain and improve internal documentation on workflows and guides Action system updates and provide various reports related to transfers, data changes, and end dates in various systems and tools including Workday, CRM, ATS, and our Vendor Management system Provide support to contingent workers, managers, and supplier partners via emails, various tools, and chat channels Own a variety of projects requiring you to partner with internal and external stakeholders Assume day-to-day system operations to support smooth requisition flow and optimization of actionable reporting Job Requirements: You are a good problem solver, you know the right questions to ask to take on the situation at hand using the resources available to you You have intermediate experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Slides, etc), Airtable, DocuSign, and various recruiting & HRIS systems HR, systems administration, staffing-agency and/or client service experience is ideal Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask You have experience with the concept of contingent talent.
