Job Description:

Dev-Sec-Ops Senior Manager plays a central role in the design, development, and delivery of organization’s products and services, maintaining all development and production systems while operating and maintaining system hardware, security, software, and related infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and define the associated service requirements relating to Technology services
• Define service requirements including business and technology integration and
• Define, measure and monitor agreed SLA’s and KPI’s.
• Monitor, manage and achieve Operational KPI’s
• Understand digital evolution design concepts
  automation processes.
• Define a portfolio of services and ensure that these services are effectively implemented
  including setting key KPI’s relating to service requirement response times.

Job Requirements:

• Manager track record of 5 years or more; with at least 3 years in relevant industry
• Minimum of 4-yeardegree in Software Engineering or Computer Science or related
• Fluent in English and language of country preferable
• Worked across diverse cultures and geographies advantageous
